When we got there no one was at the front desk and I had to call before someone came from outside. There is no breakfast offered, the hot tub is broken and the pool heater was broken. Then when we got to the rooms, one door wouldn’t open and the other room hadn’t been cleaned from the last person. Everything was dirty and smelled. The front staff was nice but nothing would make me stay there.

This hotel was not 27 miles away from estes park, also stunk like somebody had lived in the room for months. I was told by somebody that had been at the hotel the hot tub hasn't worked for 8 weeks. We only received one towel in the bathroom, and it was stained. The sheets and "blanket" were paper thin.

Property conditions were poor and untidy. It looks like a long-term stay with permanent residents. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, and I felt bad for her working there. One room was full of bikes. The carpets was coming off, looked old and dirty, the room smelled like stale urine, and I wasn't sure if everything was old or dirty. I did not stay the night and had to find another hotel.

Ever heard of being catfished? Welp this is that hotel. Read reviews before booking!! Made that mistake! The worker was working both hotels so you had to go to a different hotel to get help with this one…… room was gross, stains on the wall on the floor on the bed, bathroom was mid. Hot tub wasn’t working and looked gross. Main pool was so cold and the bottom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. It felt so ghetto and definitely don’t recommend.

They should literally tear this place down. Or stop allowing decent people to stay there and just give it over to the drug addicted community. I hate to be so honest about how horrible it was, when the staff was actually super nice and understanding, but I think that's because they know how horrible it is and they are just trying to make a paycheck. No shade on them. Super sweet and throughly helpful.

I waiting about 7 to 10 minutes, no one came to the front desk. I went to wait in my car and the people that were outside were smoking something out of a glass pipe. I got in my car and left.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at and I travel quite often.
Many many holes in curtains
The only towels they provided were 1 bath towel full of stains and a bath mat. They did not provide wash cloths or hand towels.
The replacement bath towel looked like it was used to wash a car. I ended up buying towels at Walmart and showering at the local Planet Fitness.
The bedding was disgusting.
