"First time stay at this hotel in FC. Love the location in downtown FC, loved the music theme and nostalgia with the record player in the room, staff was kind and attentive, area around hotel safe, easy parking, great restaurant right on property, coffee in the lobby in the a.m., easy self (paid) parking, clean rooms, and bed was fairly comfy. It’s bigger than standard boutique hotels, but does still give that boutique feel. The ‘terrace’ room that’s extra is a bit misleading by the pics, but still nice to open door for fresh air. If it’s cold or windy, wouldn’t say it’s worth it. I think the best part is the trendy lobby, close restaurant and location to downtown vibes! "

"The hotel has a large open atrium style and hosts large special events with hundreds of people and amplified music and speaking. This went on until 10:45 PM. The noise makes it into the rooms making it impossible to sleep or relax. The special evens also fill the parking lot making it hard to park for guests, even when they require you to pay for parking. Check for events happening during your stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but average."

"Parking is street parking and it took some work to find a spot. The room itself is a nice and clean room, with plenty of space, but there were two big issues: lighting and the mattress. There is a very bright 'exit' sign in the room, like you are used to seeing in commercial building hallways and the like, making sleep difficult. Further, the bathroom light is on 'auto' so anytime one of us got up to use the restroom we inevitably disturbed the other (not that thy were sleeping well anyhow). Finally the mattress sagged significantly in the middle further affecting our sleep. It's okay, and th elocation is great, but I won't personally be staying there again."

"Very nice loft for two. Close to downtown, made walking to restaurants perfect. Quiet neighborhood as well."

"This little one bedroom was perfect for my vacation up in Colorado. I was in town for a family wedding and just needed a place for myself for the weekend and it was perfect. Communication was easy. There’s nothing that was missing from the unit that I could think of. Just an all-around perfect little spot. Also great location right in between the school and old town. Both are walkable. "

"i wish I found this property 3-4 years ago when my son was a freshman. HAThis is top 1% of properties I have stayed at w VRBO. Outstanding find. I highly recommend this. Stacy was awesome and the whole experience was a great surprise.Only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 with check in is because the Cottage unit was one of 2-3 places to knock on - walk up to. but WELL WORTH IT! "Everything you might need is provided. Comfortable, clean, well-organized. The property is private and is a great location to walk to downtown FoCo. The host is easy to communicate with and responsive. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now; no need to go anywhere else for lodging! "
