"Based on the reviews, we expected better breakfast, but it was the usual low quality continental. Also the room was dirty. The hotel is an active construction site. Maybe it will be good after the renovation is done, but as of now, it doesn't deserve a better review."

"I went down for a wedding. I confirmed the room and let them know the bridal party, including me, would probably be returning later that evening after the wedding When we got to the hotel, they had given my room away. They offered to try to get me a room at another facility at 2am. The entire wedding party was staying together at this hotel and we were leaving at 6 o'clock in the morning from this hotel so that was not an option. We all had to cram in other rooms. I was not the only one in our party with an issue with a room that was given away. They even gave away the parents of the bride's room which was booked months and months in advance. The staff afterwards was able to get me a refund, but it did not help that evening. I was very upset because I was a woman alone. I feel like it was very professional "

"The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was good. Our only issue was that even though the check-in time is 4:00, our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30, and we had to wait until 5:00 for it to be ready."
