「The staff were very friendly. One of the housekeepers asked if they could assist me when I was struggling with the luggage cart. They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room. 」

「I was a little nervous staying in the area for a couple of days due to previous experiences with other hotels in the area . However my stay was wonderful and I had no problems then hotel room was spacious and I liked the kitchenette. There was a stench when I first got into the room, but it was due to the room being closed up and not occupied for some time. There were no cobwebs on the wall. The room was clean and I was very comfortable.」
