“It was a group of 4 of us for my birthday. I wanted a place secluded from people and this was 100% the place! It literally had everything we needed all in one spot. Water, fishing, fire, hot tub, beautiful view, bird watching. We were lucky to not have anyone staying in the cabin directly next to the one we chose. I think that’s the only downfall with this place is that there is one other cabin only feet away from the one we stayed at. I also would have preferred two queen beds instead of one……

“Perfect weekend getaway. Very peaceful, home is tastefully designed amongst trees in woods. It had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home and our pup was super happy as well. The hatching frogs provided a perfect white noise environment. Perfect for relaxing. Property manager was excellent with communicating all information.”

“My husband, myself, and our 11 and 14 year old boys stayed at the cabin for Easter and it was PERFECT. We have made Easter small cabin getaways a tradition for many years, but our usual rental has been unavailable. I wasn't sure what to expect with 4 people and a small dog in such a small space for 2 days, but we had the best time! “We wanted a cabin in the woods for a small getaway! This was the place! Wood burning stove, hot tub, walk out deck overlooking the trees! We loved Cacapon State Park, hiking at the Paw Paw Trail and through the Tunnel!”

“We stayed for a quick last minute getaway. Lots of value for the price. The house was well stocked with necesseties and mostly clean. It could use a more regular deep clean as the windwsills by the kids bed had old bugs, cobwebs on some decor and under the couch trundle bed was very dirty. There wasnt wifi and the number that was left for us couldnt be used on the house phone. None of this hindered our stay though. Hot tub was the reason we booked and very easy to use and enjoy. no neighbors on……

“It was over all good. Only issue is there is no noise policy so we had neighbors outside playing music and parting loudly until about 1 am. Other then that it was a nice place to stay for 1 night”

“This was the perfect cabin for our weekend stay! We had everything we needed. Very quiet area (at least in mid February), wood fireplace was so cozy and everything worked great and was clean. We visited the pool and hot tub at The Woods center was relaxing (you are given each a one day pass). Great hiking trails with awesome views!! Loved it we will be back.”
