"Room was clean and the kitchenette was so nice and convenient! Ample parking in a large open lot. The surrounding area was somewhat industrial but felt safe and we didn’t hear any highway noise inside our room. Stayed in the dead of winter and the hot tub was overrun with children every evening. "

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

"My sister and I went to Fort Collins to visit my nephew who goes to CSU. This place was perfect! Nicely decorated, within walking distance to popular locations, clean, and super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great hosts and very good communication. Recommend! "
