“First Impression when parking and walking into the entrance, I noticed many of the shades down and appeared to be broken. The shade in our room was also broken and could not be opened. I reserved on Expedia, I didn't realize or check that I was getting a handicap accessible room. On checkout I asked about the doorbell switch and then learned that it was special room and the shade was motorized and had been broken by someone that didn't realize that it was motorized.
