Definitely coming back. The hotel overall was nice and matched every picture. The staff was very helpful and nice. Valet service was top tier. The rooms were clean, nice and the view in the panoramic was amazing. Bathrooms were clean and fresh. The only thing I didn’t like is no microwave in the room or at least in a lobby or something. I spent a lot of money on food that I had to throw away. Other than that. Eurostars was 10/10. River North Bistro food and drinks were also A1!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with exceptional service. I will definitely be returning.
