“Best”

“Our rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 when they clearly state that check-in is 3:00, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour which put us a real bind for the plans we had when we got to town....and we weren't the only ones. On top of that, the girl at the desk had a terrible attitude, was rude, and simply did not care. She told us they only have 1 cleaning crew and there is nothing she can do. That may have been the case, but that is not the problem of your paying guests. Figure it out! ……

“We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.”

“The place is good for the price. Breakfast was good. It is right across from the highway so if your room faces it you will hear the cars all night. Overall it was a decent stay.”

“Hotel was great. Its situated in a community that has plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed walking into the community and eating at the many restaurants. You wouldn't have to drive at all. Even the hotel has a restaurant. There's a little nostalgia to the hotel where it feels dated. They do a good job with maintaining property and everyone is so nice. There's no breakfast but there's plenty to eat nearby you can walk to. Only negative that's not the hotel fault is these……

“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”
