「We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

「Great location, quiet and somewhat clean, the suite could have been cleaner. Dust and cobwebs were noticeable and the interior finishing lacked quality workmanship.Otherwise was perfect for our needs. The lack of a freezer within the fridge made it impossible to refreeze our cooler ice packs. We had to keep buying ice for our cooler.The flat screen TV was large but of a different vintage, it produced alot of heat, which in turn increased the temperature of the room.」

「Great place to stay for the 6 of us. Easy 40 minute drive to airport. Just missing oven mitts and spatula for our breakfast dinner, but we made do just fine. This is a very nice/quiet place allowed us to stay and eat affordably. Thank you for the lovely place to sleep」

「Had a wonderful two week stay with my family and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The hosts were very welcoming from the first day and let us know that they’re always there for any help. Everything was made available such as clean towels, clean sheets, iron, hand held vacuum and robot vacuum. Heater/ central AC were made available along with WiFi and TV applications for all conveniences. 」

「The host Wing is very responsive and friendly. For sure there is constant communication and will answer your questions right away.The house/unit location is about an hour away from downtown Vancouver and all the sights.It's a quiet neighborhood if you want the suburban feel. There is a kitchen so we were able to cook our breakfast which saved us money from eating out.Overall, I would recommend staying at Wing's place!」

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
