“Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. “The desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The only thing that was hard was getting a room receipt to turn in for expense reimbursement, as you were told to go to the Expedia website to find your receipt.”

“Staff was great. Had an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia, even with our confirmation number in hand, we still had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. This issue took more of our valuable time and caused us to be delayed to our next destination. Not the Hotel's fault, they were great, the problem was on Expedia's end.”
