“This is a perfect space for family. Although our visit was not for pleasure, it was wonderful for the group. The home is well equipped to hold a large group with space upstairs that was perfect for the youth to hang out. I loved the rockers on the front porch which added a place to relax and look out at the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you choose to dine in. “We had a marvelous time at this wonderful location. We had guests from Cincinnati, OH; Clemson, SC; and Copenhagen, Denmark. We facility was as advertised and we had clear skies to view we saw totality of the solar eclipse. It was a life changing experience. To top it off the Lady Gamecocks won the National Championship.”

“Overall the house was perfect size for us. We were taking a girls weekend. The only issue is no lock on the back door and the front door lock doesn’t always engage. So we were not a fan of that at all.”

“This house served as an ideal venue for a three-night family get together with five adults and four children (ages 1 to 6). It was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable with views of the lake. A playroom with toys provided fun for the kids, and the in-house treasure hunt delighted both kids and adults. It is a pleasant walk to nearby Harbor Point State Park. The host, Katie, was incredibly prompt in responding to all my questions and offered helpful local suggestions, including for Bryson……

The outdoor seating area was perfect and provided so much additional seating and we enjoyed the scenery. So easy to decorate since magnets are provided. “Our family rented this house as our son was returning from deployment with the Navy. This house provided a great location for our parents to come together and welcome our son home for a short weekend trip. We could all hang out together at meal times yet have our own areas to spread out. This property is large and has beautiful views of the lake and canal, a large porch area with access from several places around the property. There are two bedrooms upstairs off of the living room which share……

He contacted me shortly after booking, gave me additional information needed to access the property. From the river next to the property to the home itself, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend! Extremely clean and modern, with new linens and furniture. Free coffee and lemonade were really appreciated. Great communication and easy (late night) check-in.
