“There weren’t enough towels or dishes, paper towels, and getting additional supplies was a pain in the rear. There was lots of road noise, but the rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Pressure was good in the shower. It was nice having washer and dryer in the unit. The living room floor was a little dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off of the wall and there were a little miniature bugs little Beatles in the rooms.”

“It is to confusing to book a room . This time the room I booked was at a different address than what was posted on the add. Due to other reasons , next time I am in Fort Macmurray, I will be getting a hotel room”

“Extremely difficult check in process. Twice the properties were cancelled in relatively short notice and once i was simply told to go look for another property with less than 5 days to check in. The property manager did manage to make arrangements after some extensive discussions”
