“Great Counter Service. Easy to book thru Expedia. Very clean. Pretty well updated. Very sparse lighting- two options: one overhead and one desk lamp. None by the beds. Seemed odd. Road it was on was very noisy. Needed a white sound app to sleep better. Price was very reasonable and close to a lot of things to do including downtown Mt. Dora. Beautiful older homes and properties nearby. Worth an overnight stay except for road noise. ”

“This was a classic, old fashioned roadside motel. The grounds were perfectly clean and welcoming. The room was cozy and homey, the shower lovely and hot. I'm deeply grateful that it used an old fashioned room key, not a key card, since I had to go back for an item I'd forgotten, and was able to get back in... I would have liked a coffee maker and cups, but I know that those are items which often disappear. The guest in the room next door came in a bit late and, while I don't think they were……

“ The smell of the room was not present. Being a Florida Boy the one roach did not bother me much. so close, the room was freshly painted with nice tile bath but the little things did not mach the new look: heater cover needed paint, furnishings need a coat of paint to hide stains, They may still be working on the updates.”

Booking, checking in, communication with Rachel, the property, the stay, even checking out!! Everything was easy and enjoyable.Everything in the RV was organized and so very clean! “Loved our stay! My husband and I came here after planning our wedding and ending his school semester. Such a fantastic place to enjoy doing NOTHING but also so much! We hiked, kayaked, hot tubbed and enjoyed the fire pit at night over looking the water. So peaceful and we will definitely be back!”
