"Room was good clean and staff was friendly did have trouble with sink water backed up other then that no complaints. Shuttle to downtown. "

"The staff were very friendly upon check in. The room was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean, no gunk in the corners or built up around the toilet base. Vinyl flooring throughout and the sheets were soft. The pillows were small squares so bring your own if you are particular about your pillows. I thought they were fine. They had a blackout blind on the window and that was great. The building may look old and not 'high-end' but the inside was new and updated and CLEAN!! The area was quiet and the neighbors were quiet too. I will most definitely stay here again! The wi-fi was quite slow but we were able to hotspot off our phone. I don't count that as a negative cuz many people are using it at one time and that can create lag...it is what it is and did not bother us at all."

"The water temperature/pressure in hotel was impossible to control. It would vary from scalding hot with great pressure to cold with very little pressure. "

"The place is an older motor lodge but the rooms have been upgraded and were clean. Great location and safe area "

"I was disappointed in the cleaning of my room. Last day of stay I asked 2times for new towels and bathroom cleaning. We were gone 10am to 4pm. At 7:30pm no one touched my room and I went to front office again for towels and wash clothes. Breakfast was terrible compared to where we stay days before at Home2suites. No more stays at a Best Western sticking with Hilton properties "
