“The set up and location is great, just minutes from Charleston or the beaches. Lots to do in Mt Pleasant too. The house is charming and very well equipped. I really appreciate StayDuvet providing so many extras (hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, towels, dish soap, etc.). Really helps when traveling a distance to get there. The place was very clean too. We walked Shem’s Creek, went to Thomson Beach with our pup almost daily, Boone Hall, a carriage ride, shopping, amazing meals, we just……

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“Great location! Feels like it's just 15 minutes or less from everything - downtown, Shem Creek, Sullivan's. The house is exactly as pictured. Only slight issue were the beds. The twin mattresses weren't super comfortable and the full-size bed dips in the middle. This seems more like a bedframe issue. Otherwise, it was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!”

“The property was the ideal size for our family of 4. The views were incredible and it was fun being able to hear the live music next door. The location is great, with all the fun restaurants right there to enjoy (Papi’s twice, piña coladas at Coconut Joe’s a few times, and Acme Low Country Kitchen 3 times!). Despite the unseasonably cold/overcast/windy/rainy weather, we tried to make the most of our stay. The beach access is incredible and we would definitely stay again (hopefully with warmer……

“We had three generations of friends and family in town for the Citadel graduation. We very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking. The property was clean. Some of our guests enjoyed using while others enjoyed going to the beach. Beach says was directly across the street. We enjoyed a number of excellent restaurants, including crave, Acme and spread bagels. Music from the club across the street was loud at times, but they did quiet down after 10 o’clock. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed……
