“The condo was spotless and newly decorated. The building itself was still being renovated from Ian, but it was fine. Kitchen was not well appointed. We had no lunch plates, no paring knife, limited pots and pans. Overall it was great!”

“Enjoyed our week there.short walk to beach . The unit had everything you could need. The pool was nice in the afternoon to relax in. Marie was close by to answer any questions we had. Would stay there again . It was good to see a lot of our favorite restaurants were back.”

“Harbor House is everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Close to everything, clean, pool was perfect for our two wild boys to release some energy. We were comfortable and had more than enough room to hang out with the adults after the little ones went to sleep. We look forward to visiting again! “Cute remodeled apt, perfect if you like to be away from the huge crowds and like a quiet location. Outside tiki bar and multiple areas to sit outside to enjoy the weather was a huge plus. Had bikes to use and beach items which was awesome! Dan was easy to get ahold of and is on site if needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“The decor was beautiful, very clean and well appointed amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone. Matter of fact I already did and will continue too. The mangers on site were very friendly and only a phone call away if we needed anything. But, we didn’t because everything thing was thought of in advance.”

“Beautiful clean place with a huge screened in porch. The beach is a block and a half away. Tons of beautiful shells and lots of birds. Due to the hurricane damage there are few people on the beach. 1.8 mile walk to restaurant area. The car traffic is so slow you can often walk faster or use the bikes that come with the house. Plenty of restaurants etc.. are open.”

“Structures under construction during the day so there is some noise, at night quiet private we felt very comfortable, unit is clean and updated nice size bathroom whole unit was great no issues hosts were friendly Normal people! Hard to find these days all around great home base”

“Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block.”

“We stayed for 6 days wanting the beach front experience. It was exactly what we were looking for, clean beach, tons of sea shells to be found on the beach. During our stay there were three mornings where we watched dolphins swimming within 12 feet of the beach. Three different sea turtles made nests on the beach while we were there and we were able to see the tracks from the turtles on the beach. The water was warm and great for swimming. The pictures are accurate to what the house is like, the……

“I was unaware it would have been helpful to rent a car due to its location. The area and building was still under construction. Noisy during the week. No restaurant or food in the building. Store was 1 1/2 miles away so on first day I had not way to buy food until I rented a bike the next day. Or rent an Uber. Condo was amazing!! Beach front. Clean and large open concept. Large balcony. Would have been great if they also provided beach chairs and umbrella instead of having to rent……
