Estero Island Beach Villas is located in the much-desired northern tip of the island! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, open-concept condo will greet you with enchanting views of the beach as soon as you walk through the door! This 7th-level unit has a fully equipped kitchen that includes every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes Vizio Smart TVs in the unit, allowing for access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered private parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! There are bike racks for your convenience.

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. Wonderful Beach Getaway

Although, this property could accommodate more than two people it was perfect for my daughter and I to get away and enjoy the beach. The welcome bag was much appreciated as we didn't rent a car so the coffee and snacks came in handy for the first day. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and stocked. Wifi and Tv's were handy during the rainy times. We appreciate our hosts and enjoyed our time!

Great location

The condo was nice and fit our needs for 5 adults. Right on the beach, easy access. Nice views, but the lanai is screened in, which seems to be common in the Ft. Myers Beach area. The location is at the north end, which was just a few minutes walk to Bowditch park where you can walk around the northern tip of the island to see the bay side or the gulf side. The pier/Times Square is about a mile south, within walking distance if nice out, but not if you go in the summer months with high heat and humidity. Parking in July wasn’t a problem at all. Lots of restaurants around Times Square. The property management company was great with communications. We even received a credit to use to rent beach gear during our stay. Water sports rentals are right next door in front of Pink Shell Resort, making it easy to rent wave runners, parasailing, paddle boards, or book dolphin tours. The gulf is calm in this area, with tons of sand dollars. Great place for younger kids as there really weren’t any high waves, and the water is shallow.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach villa. It was very clean, and the closet proximity to the beach was great. We loved that the property was away from all of the congestion of the Times Square area, but still right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Reunion

Nice condo top floor, right on beach. Beautiful view! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet, I didn’t hear neighbors on either side. Easy access to free tram & short walk to Times Square. Definitely on the right end of Estero, traffic would back on Estero past Times Square which to be expected during holiday. Only issues we had were no sheets for fold out bed, and they delivered them a day later than I requested. Also, both toilets on 3rd day had a black dirt looking substance in them it eventually cleared up & was not in the water coming from faucets. I informed management. When I spoke with management on those 2 occasions, they were very friendly. Overall an excellent experience & I would highly recommend this condo. We had a great time!!

Quick Family Vacation

We had a great stay at FMB! The condo is decorated beautifully and very clean. Great location and heated pool was perfect for my 4 year old. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a wonderful time and plan to visit again soon. Very close walk down to the beach. The beach walkway is wooden which was amazing for my MIL who has some difficulty walking at time. Would recommend this condo. We were 4 adults and a four year old. The sleeper sofa was perfect for my son but would not be comfortable for adults night after night. Thank you for a great trip!

Great stay at a wonderful condo!

Property just as described and we enjoyed our time there very much! Very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. Location was great on north end of beach but within walking distance of pier. The property can sleep 8 but our family of 6 (parents and 4 boys- youngest 12) felt a little squished especially when using the pull out. The property pool is really small (not a big deal to us more of an FYI). The only suggestions I would have is maybe adding a non slip mat in the tub/shower and something to hang wet towels/swimsuits on for the balcony.

The Most Inviting and Comfortable Space

Pictures and Occupancy Misleading

I typically do not post bad reviews. Unfortunately, this unit did not deliver as advertised. If you have a family of 4, this unit will serve you just fine. However, If you are trying to accommodate more than 4 guests, feel free to read on. We had 2 families stay for the week in this unit (4 Adults, 4 Children). The unit indicates it can accommodate 8 people. At best, I would say maybe 2 adults and 6 small children. Besides the kitchen table, there is not enough seating for 8 people. There is one couch and two standalone chairs (5 seats total). The 2nd bedroom comes with two double beds, which is pretty tight if you are thinking of sleeping 2 adults and 2 children unless you mix and match. The double bed mattresses feel more like futons mattresses. Extremely hard and uncomfortable for multiple night sleeping! Both bathrooms are very dated. Showers had very low water pressure and tile and curtains were not clean. We used the pull out couch for 2 children, and there was dirt and filth inside the couch after pulling out bed out. The best part of the unit is the beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Kitchen is nice, but small. The overall location on Fort Myers Beach is also a positive. Lastly, the Property Managers at Coastal Vacation Properties were actually very responsive. The Dishwasher and AC broke on us and they immediately sent somebody out to fix. The only CON was the unit was not available for check-in until 5pm when they had advertised 4pm check-in.
