Absolutely excellent. The condo was clean and in great condition. Well-stocked with NICE kitchen items, TP, dishwasher & laundry pods, and coffee filters - it makes a HUGE difference. Lots of storage space, lots of hangers in the closet, lots of towels. The second bedroom does have a queen bed instead of 2 twins if it’s a big deal to you.Entry into the unit is by code and also into the pool gate and elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and pool from the lanai. The beach is huge so it is quite a walk through sand to the water’s edge, but it’s worth it to not have a beach that’s packed full of people. We went during spring break and the beach was practically empty. During that particular week, you couldn’t see the sunset from the lanai, but if you go out to the waters edge, you’ll have a great view. We were able to see dolphins and manatees while playing in the water. The area is still building back up from hurricane Ian so there isn’t a TON super close to the condo - definitely nothing you’ll want to walk to. Traffic up to the north part of the island is rough so if you’re wanting to head up there to eat, be prepared for very slow traffic and expensive parking, but it’s a very cool area to see. The south end of the island is very quiet with easy access to Bonita Springs which is about 20 mins away. Larry was great to deal with. Checked in with us throughout the week and very responsive!Will definitely be booking for next year!
