Falscher Code Unverschämtheit

Es war nach schlicht eine Katastrophe. Angekommen um 20 Uhr Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen Die haben uns einen falschen Code geschickt. Tür bleibt geschlossen. Was nun keine Hilfe vom eigenen Reise Veranstalter fw war nur der Vermittler Nach langen telefonischen Kontakt 22, endlich den passenden Code erhalten. Nie wieder buche ich es nochmals. Keine Entgegenkommen einfach schlecht
