And all rooms look directly out to the screened in lanai with a fabulous direct Gulf view. You can enjoy our spectacular weather just by sitting out on the lanai and relaxing for hours.

Down the hall, there's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable King bed and its own TV. The beautifully remodeled Master Bath En Suite has a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed with the Guest Bath is right next door. There's even a laundry room with a brand new stacked washer and dryer. For your convenience, there's FREE wifi in the unit, building elevator, and ample on-site parking for guests. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

Cooking Basics: Pots and pans, cookware, kitchen utensils included - NO condiments.
We provide essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This includes all linens and pillows, one roll of toilet paper, trial-size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
