We had a great time! The only downfall was the water pressure for the showers. At some times, the water would just turn off.

Father of the bride

We traveled from Jacksonville for our daughter's wedding. The property was clean and well-stocked with incidental items. Quit neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was a big hit.

Very clean. Ran into a couple of issues, no propane for bbq. Katie did offer to drop off yo us but we already cooked our steaks in the kitchen instead of bbq. Also there was no water for 2 three hour periods because the water pump was broken. No fault of the host but very inconvenient.

Long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy spring training baseball and some golf. We spent the weekend using the pool and relaxing. House was just as expected and the location was perfect for our needs. The only reason I give a 4 star is the communication with the owner. It was difficult to get any info and no information about the house once we checked in. But again the house was perfect for us!
