Perfect , central location close to Fort Myers beach, Downtown Fort Myers , Cape Coral bridges, Downtown Cape Coral. New Whole foods and all the shops and restaurants close by. Home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, about 25 minute drive to the Red Sox stadium.
This home would make a great family vacation getaway.... Amazing BBQ grill on the Patio

Amazingly clean and very comfortable

We came to Florida with friends to see our daughter perform at the Broadway Palm Theatre as Carole King in "Beautiful". This home was located very close to the theatre and within walking distance of where she was staying. We also did some touring in the area and it was easy to get to Ft. Myers downtown area as well as Fort Myers Beach and The Cypress Nature Preserve. We loved it!

Great location!

Within 5 miles of downtown Fort Myers and their annual Seafood & Music Festival which we enjoyed during this stay. Lodging met our needs with the only challenge being the lack of instructions and information normally provided at VRBO's.

Short trip over holiday

Property is well located and definitely met our needs. Fortunately we didn’t plan on eating many meals there as the kitchen is sparsely furnished including no dish soap and a lot of the other small things we are used to seeing in rentals. It is a good value seating four easily in dining and living area with bag chairs for anyone else.

It was a great stay in a good neighbourhood, enough space and equipment. Everything in a good condition. Some peanuts with the door, nothing wild. The trash cans could be better placed so it would be able to avoid the stinkt. We would definitely come back, very nice!

Close to Everything in a quite neighborhood

We are Working in Lee County . And away from family during the holidays. It was great staying here because its a family orientated neighborhood. Quite and close to main attractions. Lots of homes decorated for the holidays!! Very Nice..

Home away from home

This home was perfect for our little getaway. The location is nice- quiet and well-kept neighborhood. We spent most of our days in Sanibel, so it was a 30 minute drive. In the evenings we would go to local restaurants in the area- plenty to choose from! The bedrooms were great, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own spaces. The master bathroom was quite small, but the other bathroom’s shower was amazing! Very spacious! The owner was great about communicating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.
