  • Welcome to Beach Breeze House. An oasis in the perfect location of Thumb Point!
    This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with pool, is walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. Professionally decorated in a stylish Florida beach style.
    Enjoy morning coffee by the pool. Walk to the beach for a dip in the ocean. Pop over to the many waterfront restaurants for fresh, local, catch of the day and live music. Go for a dip in the pool or just float your troubles away. This is where "vacation you" comes to relax!
    The space
    4 bedrooms 3 baths with 2 Primary Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One with a jetted tub, one with a shower. The house offers 3 kings size beds and 1 Queen size bed. Sleeps 8 in beds. We have a comfortable sofa and a blow up mattress for a ninth person

    Primary suite #1 Blue & Aqua Room has a King sized bed and shower ensuite
    Bedroom #2 Orange Boho Room has a King sized bed with a shared bathroom.
    Bedroom #3 The Pink Flamingo Room has a Queen sized bed with shared bathroom.
    Primary Suite #2 Coral Room is a King sized bed and the most private of the rooms. It has an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Great stay

Our stay on Hutchinson Island was nothing short of wonderful! The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located for easy beach access and stunning views. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. This trip was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful island retreat. We can't wait to come back!
