The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home, at a resort on the beach, without the stress, on the Atlantic's Treasure Coast. This second floor villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, silverware, dining for 5, and living room with smart TV and a queen size sofa bed in the living room along with a twin pullout bed. The bedroom has a king size bed with TV and multiple closets.
Fresh white linens, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs are also included for use on our 3,000 foot private unspoiled beach. A separate screened-in furnished patio is offered here to soak up the cool evening sky. Golfers don't miss out on the many rounds of golf and this comfortable condo home.
Guest access
The Ocean Village is a secure gated community on the pristine unspoiled beaches of Hutchison Island, which is a barrier island.
This treasure of a rental is located on the Atlantic Coast, and features a 9 Hole 3 Par Executive Golf Course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 6 Shuffleboard courts, 3 Bocce Courts, basketball court, 4 pools, kiddie pool, Fitness Center complete with exercise room, spas, saunas and whirlpools, card room and library and so much more.
Guests must wear bracelets, and are welcome to use ALL the Ocean Village amenities, can rent equipment and reserve a golf tee time for a small fee. Ocean Village also provides internet at locations outside of the condo too. Lots of sporting equipment available to guests, bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs and much more.
If you don't feel like cooking, our private members only Tiki bar and the oceanfront Inn at Ocean Village restaurant are located at the main pool.  The quaint area is perfect for bike riders!!
Our on site public restaurant, the Inn, has been remodeled, is under new management this season and has received many accolades!!Wednesday night is prime rib special and it is really good and served as required. Be careful not to fill up on the rolls and butter with a bit of marmelade.
The restaurant is also open to the public.

IN ADDITION TO THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE THERE IS A DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE OF $115. There is a fee of $25 per amenity bracelet if not returned.
