Waterfront Island Home with Dock, Pool and just steps to the Beach!
- Beach and Boating home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach while you enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There a dock you can fish off of and room to park up to a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood. There is also the National Navy Seal Museum, the Jetty State Park, and Pepper county Park located on the island. This is a great family get away with fun options for everyone in the family.

4th of July 2025
What a comfortable home for fishing, food and family fun! Our days began fishing on the water, then migrated back to enjoy the pool. Our evenings consisted of preparing meals on the back porch and kitchen. This home had everything we could ask for and more! We have already booked our next stay.

Beautiful house in a great location
We had a great stay. The house was in a great location and was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and, being able to keep the boat in the water at the house was a plus. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Pierce area.

Fun Friends Getaway
A great time and a nice home with pool on the water with dock for our boat. Easy access to Ft Pierce inlet and offshore fishing and an awesome sand bar to enjoy. We will go back and recommend this property for friends and family trips.
