「Perfect stay near family. We were able to stay 2 lovely nights in this beautiful home. Comfortable double bed with washer and dryer. King size bed in the master. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom was convenient.」

「We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!」

「Another absolutely wonderful trip to Great Sacandaga Lake. Been to a few spots there now. This one is deferentially one of the best. Great views of and easy access to the lake. Nice dock. Boat launch 1/2 mile away. House is laid out nice. Easy to unload vehicles just a few steps away from the back door, no climbing up or down hills to unload. Brent is a awesome host, responds quickly. Be sure to check back here soon when he add pictures of the new lower level renovations and opens it...

「Such a unique place to stay! The church upstairs is beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed playing pool and darts. We would definitely recommended this place.」

「Nice natural outdoor space. Very clean indoor space with everything needed.」

「Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park」

「Very clean and enough room for my family.」

「This was a great place to stay & very clean」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「Beautiful. Very quiet and private. Pictures didn't do it justice. A great weekend getaway for us and the pups!」

「Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex.」
