“Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the……

“Its soo convenient ang accesseble to malls nd market.”

“For the price they want the room is by far below standards for the area. It smelled horrible, they had c9nstruction going on during the day and jackhammers going on the floor above my room. The shower did not work neither did the hot water so i had to use a bucket scoop with cold water. Even the cable tv didnt work...all in all this should jave been maybe a 1500 peso room not 2500. Also there is some var or food place that people hang out at behind the hotel and i could hear loud music and……

“It would be better if there’s FREE hairdryer in the room. And we had contacted the hotel for pick up service, but no one came to the airport... Anyway, the price is good and the room is clean.”

“what lovely place to stay, right in the heart off the city,”

“This hotel is brand new with 3 floors but no elevator. The location is walking distance to the attractions, and located in a quiet place. They have 24 hrs reception and security people. Room is small and simple with TV, hot shower. The only thing is the wall was too thin and could hear about the noise of sleeping from next room. I stayed there on 25th Dec, and they give me a sweet gift which is really sweet. Recommend to stay with RANA.”
