The Downtowner Marfa was renovated in 2018 and offers one of the best locations in town! Across the street from the Paisano, One block from the Courthouse, Margaret's, Garza Marfa, Communitie, Pronghorn, 6Whiskey, Frama, Aster, Ayn Foundation, and parts of JUDD and Chinati collections. The Saint George is just 2.5 blocks away! This craftsman style adobe has beautiful hardwood floors, full kitchen with 2021 KitchenAid range, modern bathroom with steam shower, full size laundry machines, 100 mpbs internet, Dish satellite, high end linens, and comfortable, stylish furnishings. The Downtowner has everything you need to have a fantastic time in Marfa. The location is so convent. All the great restaurants and cafes are less than a 5 minute walk. Steam shower is perfect for the dry weather in Marfa.

We stay at many rental properties around the country, and this is one of our favorites due to its location, cleanliness, and comfort. The bed and pillows are comfortable and fitted with crisp, clean sheets and duvet. The rain shower is spacious and wonderful. The kitchen has every appliance imaginable for whatever way you like to make coffee. Everything works, everything is comfortable. It was my third stay at this property and I’ll definitely book it for my future Marfa visits.

The furnishings were high quality and comfortable. The steam shower was wonderful. Linens were luxurious and the kitchen had all the amenities. The location was ideal, just across the street from Jett’s Grill and many shops. Parking was easy and the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend the property and host!

Ideal Home, Would Book Again and Again

We came for 5 nights to celebrate a birthday and had everything we needed. We adventured out each day to a different nearby site or town. The bed is very comfortable—sheets, comforter and pillows. Great shower and soaps and plenty of towels. We used the TV and front porch and didn’t even need the AC at night much. No issues whatsoever. Thank you!

Cozy cottage

We stayed here last year for an annual party and will stay again next year! The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfy, the shower sauna is amazing, and it is within walking distance of all the downtown activities! Location perfect short walk to two hotel restaurants, 2 coffee/pastry shops on same block. Fascinating area and the vibe from townsfolk is that they enjoy living in .arfa. we took daytrips to Big Bend and Terlingua.

Charming Casita, convenient location

The Casita had everything we needed to be comfortable and was decorated in a lovely manner. It is right across the street from the Paisano hotel and a short walk to downtown Martha and coffee shops and all that Martha has to offer.
