Our room reeked of mold and mildew smell and there was obviously mold growing on the outside wall and foot rail. The property was reasonably fine but we did feel the location and clientele were a little scary. We appreciated the rate, but won’t return.

This place was so disgusting that I had to leave before my stay was up. The place reeked of cigarettes, so bad that while checking in someone lit a cigarette in check in line and the front desk person didn’t even bat an eye at it. I was shocked at how terrible the quality was, I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but I did expect it to be simple and clean.

The room was kind of renovated , but dirty. No soap, no hair dryer. But the worst was the mattress , I thought I could sleep anywhere , but this mattress and bed were terrible. Though the staff were friendly, just could not help, there is nothing.

I’ll start by saying staff was great, only issue were that the lobby smelled they no air circulation in lobby. Stairwells smelled bad. My room had an old smell to it, I had to buy things for my stay. I bought candles, bathroom rugs sanitizing wipes and air fresheners. And I know you guys have to make your money, but you guys should be mindful to who you rent to. 3 out of 5

Checking in was a treat with India at the front desk. She's a darling! And, after checking out Sunday morning when I was already three hours away I had to call the hotel to see if I had left my credit card in the room. The young man who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic, looking through the 'card drop slot' and then going to my room and turning it upside down to look for my card. It wasn't there (I eventually found it in one of my travel bags) but I was so impressed with his diligence. I will rate them 1,000% for customer service!

This place was awful and way overpriced! The floors in the hallways and rooms were filthy. There were all kinds of people hanging around the parking lot all night making a lot of noise. There are NO amenities- no coffee in the lobby or a coffee maker in the room. There are no dishes or paper cups in the room. They do not even give you soap or a hand towel to use. They gave us two tiny towels and two wash cloths and you could not get a clean towel one without turning in a wet one. I’ve never stayed anywhere this bad before!
