Second time staying here. It’s pricey with the requirement to buy insurance adding in a lot. The apartment is clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The hallway and stairs leading to the apartment are disgustingly dirty, worse than our last stay in the fall. Neighbors mostly quiet except for someone above us pounding (sounded like they were nailing down a new floor?) very late Saturday night. The pool was nice.

Family Visit Weekend

This apartment is conveniently located, near the interstate and not far from downtown Fort Wayne. Lots of restaurants, grocery, coffee options close by. Nicely appointed unit. The photos don't do it justice - larger than we expected. Two bedrooms each with separate bathroom (one has a tub!). One bedroom has a sleeping cot as extra twin bed. We found the building to be quiet. Very clean and they thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

The property was easy to find and located in a popular part of town, with all the necessary amenities just minutes away. The accomodations were perfect me and my sisters. There is a light bulb burned out in the master bathroom.

The information with the outside door code arrived after we departed for Ft. Wayne. Fortunately there was a maintenance man there to let us in. It might be a good idea to send that information the night before. Also, if you want folks in there 70s and 80s to take off/put on shoes in the vestibule, it might be a good idea to place a chair there. Otherwise, the amenities were great, and we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay, but the apartment was overpriced for the size of it. We were so happy there was a laundry room and dishwasher.
