「Had a wonderful time in Fort Wayne. The hotel services were great with easy access to parking and other nearby venues. Had a great time and the CeCe Winans “More Than This Tour”, was the highlight of the entire trip! 」

「Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!」

「The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155.」

「This hotel was the most rundown hotel. Windows busted out on some doors..We went to see our room... the hotel card didnt even work and the door could be opened even when locked. I was so scared to even stay so we asked for a refund..manager did agree to it but this place isnt safe. The mattress had stains on it. Stains in tub. The stairs to get to our room where shaking as we walked up them. I literally was worried about getting tetanus. The maintenance man was out back smoking weed. It needs...

「No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out. 」

「The carpet and wallpaper were disgusting. No conditioner in the showers. Luckily the beds were clean. Would not stay in this location again.」

「Everything was awesome. The only thing I would suggest is to have a laundry room for the guest. When traveling for sports events. Uniforms get smelly and dirty, so being able to get them clean at the hotel would make it easier for the family instead of having to go looking for laundry mats in a city you are visiting.」

「I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information. Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back. The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust....
