“The flat was very loud being between high street and a major road behind. The entrance had us cutting through a line to an ice cream shop. The stairs to the entrance of the flat were dirty and lit poorly. Given no air conditioning, it was suggested we open the windows. However the window in the BR said to not open as broken. After an hour of ringing around, no other rooms in FW, had to drive 4 hours home, arriving at 1.30am with young children. “Not worth the cost. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and the shower drain needs unclogging. I had to stop the water for it to drain or it would have over flown the base. The stove light didn’t work. There was no toaster. No facial tissue/kleenex. The dish sponge was used (not good for someone with food allergies like me). There were only two glasses.
