Hotel was great, however, there was a mixup between Expedia and Hotel Revel. We specifically booked and paid extra for the “Blue Bird” as we had stayed there before and loved it. When we arrived, our room was not booked as the “Blue Bird” but rather the “Casino”. The incorrect room was nice, but not as large and nice as the one we originally booked as it was a corner suite.
Luckily, there was someone at the host stand, which is not a normal situation at this hotel. Sheldon was very happy to help and got our room swapped out for something similar to what was originally booked. Overall was a good experience but getting what we wanted would have made it great.
