“Isabelle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous sommes arrivés tard sans problème, la communication a toujours été rapide et fluide. La chambre est parfaite, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. “Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. ”

“We spent 4 days in this wonderful historical building, situated in a small Elsatian town. The appartment was very spatious, absolutely clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. It was also very calm and there was a wonderful view over the roofs of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of Rosé. Thanks for this wonderful stay. “We were looking for a place near Colmar for our family of 4 with 2BR, a living space and a kitchen and we got everything we were hoping for. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, it includes 2 parking spaces if you need it and although we had a few hiccups when we arrived late on check in day the owners were very kind and helped us sort everything we didn’t figure out ourselves the following day.
