「My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area.」

「This guy is such a great host! When i had an issue he was there to address it and fix it right away! Kind of small! But perfect for when you are workimg out of town, this man was so quick to help me out when i had a personal issue too! 「I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night. It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work. The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need. The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it. We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma.」

「We enjoyed our 11-day getaway at this Yuma property. Angela was always available for our questions. The house is exactly as described and was clean and inviting. We spent each evening on the outdoor patio watching the golfers. There is also a covered screened patio with workout equipment, a foosball table and ping pong. The house is located in the Foothills area of Yuma which has everything you need, but within 10 miles of downtown Yuma. We will definitely try to stay here again!」

「We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. 「Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity.
