"We had an incredible stay at Casa Umbè in Pietrasanta – truly a 10/10 experience. From the start, the hosts Giovanni and Tanja were amazing. They stayed in touch via WhatsApp before and during our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. "This property was just delightful! The true Tuscany experience can be found in this apartment and the surrounding community. The pool was a delight and was huge! Plenty of sun chairs and shade when needed, in the middle of a real Italian garden with grapes, lemons and other treasures made for an intriguing stroll. The community had everything we needed, a family restaurant, fabulous gelato shop that also served drinks (that was fun), and small markets. The city of Lucca was only a few moments...

"Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca."

The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!"
