「For the price, it was very surprising the breakfast only had prepackaged items plus waffle iron. Occasionally will have hard-boiled eggs but not guaranteed. You get the same/worse breakfast here than some $70 per night inns. Soundproofing is poor. The old interior aesthetic is cute. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip.
The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice.
I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30."
Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that.
Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared.
