The property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the views and privacy. However, there was no communication with the homeowner, which made check-in a challenge. Although I was told from VRBO that a check-in email had been sent to me, I never received this.

Great family vacation location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. There are two living areas with tons of movies and video games, good separation of space between bedrooms, very large eat-in kitchen, and separate dining room. The outdoor area had a basketball hoop that the older kids enjoyed, and swings under a treehouse that the younger one loved. The hot tub is on the smaller side but worked great. We spent most of our days at the lake, which was less than 10 minute drive. Also is a very short drive to a small town with grocery stores and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind using stairs!

Perfect for a holiday getaway

This property is beautiful! It was great for our family Christmas vacation. Quiet, clean, very well stocked kitchen appliances. It was close to fishing and lots of hiking. Wonderful place and quick response time when I reached out.

Craft Weekend Success

We had 6 ladies who like to scrapbook and make quilts and this house worked great for our group. Lots of space, big kitchen for sharing meals and great views. Handy to have 2.5 bathrooms to share. We will be back.

Everything was good except back slider door handle was broken and the outdoor fire 🔥 place didn’t work! Hot tub 🛀 was working great and rooms and beds were very comfortable!

Stay by Foster Lake

Nice home and reasonable well stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. The noise from the hot tub turning on and off was annoying but tolerated. Also gps first routed us to the place from above using the road going up from the Point restaurant and it didn’t seem right so we went down to the highway and found it easier that way.

The listing states that there are 2 queen beds. There was only one located downstairs. The second upstairs rm had a large desk and pull out twin bed.When I asked about the second queen bed it took 24 hours to receive a response and I was assured all was as listed. The upstairs shower would not turn off when we left, I sent a message letting them know when we checked out and about the maintenance concern and again didn’t get a response for 24hrs in acknowledgment

Foster Lake house

We had a small family reunion over a 4 night stay. House is well furnished and very family friendly! Dog side yard is beautiful and convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and utensils/dishes. Bring your own spices and foil/plastic wrap! House is pet friendly and has well-cleaned carpet that has past stains. As dog owners, we understand that fine. If you're older or disabled, be aware this house has lots of stairs! Nearly every room is on a different level. We had to give up the master in favor of being downstairs due to difficulty accessing.Overall, we loved our stay and will come back!

Easter and fishing trip

We picked this property because it had a large yard and we wanted to do some Easter activities. It also had room for our boat and my husband took it out on Foster Lake. It was a beautiful weekend and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.
