“A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.”

“Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!”

“We absolutely loved the apartment. It was on the corner of an intersection, so you could hear some street noise, but that can’t be helped. They did provide ear plugs in case and guests wanted to use them.”

“Our stay at Thompson Farm was more than we had hoped for. My husband and I stayed in the Tree House for two nights while attending a wedding in the area. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Michael and introduced to some of the animals at the farm. The Tree House was cozy and clean, and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. We had fun learning Elvish, and decoding the messages left for us within the space. Michael was extremely accommodating, especially given that we forgot our bag of linens at……

“This boat was such fun. We had a great time. I don't know if six adults could really fit overnight but our 3 teens and I had a great time. There are two tiny adorable bedding areas. It's So fun! The toilet is a manual flush, which is a boat thing, fyi. We thought it was funny. The boat is moored in a nightlife hotspot but the noise didn't bother us. The other boaters were nice, overall. The boat itself was a little tired and worn and smelled a little musty. Not everything was in 100% working……

“Steve's property is well maintained and well equipped. It was the perfect set up for family members to stay together while attending my nephew's high school graduation. Steve left a basket of welcome snacks and was immediately responsive if we had any questions. We had 6 adults and two adolescents staying there, but could have easily accomodated two more people. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the large family room and kitchen were perfect for game nights and shared……

The dishes were caked with food residue. The code for entry never worked and every time we left the house we had to be let in remotely.
