"Wonderful two nights staying in the Barn Annexe as we had our dog with us. That Annexe was spotless, spacious and caters to all your needs. This was our forth time staying at the Hare and Hounds in both rooms within the inn and the Barn. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent both the variety at breakfast and evening meals. Highly recommended. We’re going back for another visit end of November."

"Clean comfortable room but lacking a wardrobe and draws. Annoying flashing light from a ceiling sensor! Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent."

"Beautiful hotel, old building which has been done up to a really high standard but you still see the classy almost castle like feel of it. Staff were very friendly and kind. I really enjoyed the decor in the room and around the hotel, the spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. Only slight problem was the radiators filled with water at 6am and it woke us both up from the noise untill I had to get out of bed and turn off. Was quite upset about it but receptionist seemed surprised so assume was unusual. We also enjoyed the pool, but book massages early. "

"Excellant breakfast choice and period of which this was great. Gym facitilities were ok but not all appeared to be in working order. Cleaan pool. Jacuzzi, steam roon and sauna. Grounds were nice and well kept."
