Breakfast was great even though there were so many people almost every morning during seven day and the rooms was spacious, well appointed. It seemed that we were given the room where never used for quiet a while because we found a lots of dust on the floor and a few cigarette butts outside balcony on the first day. We asked a staff in the front desk to clean up next day. So since then, everything went smoothly during our stay.

Very nice quality hotel perfectly located next to the palace and close to everything to see in Madrid. We enjoyed our suite and would definitely go back again.
