“Well first of all we were given the wrong room not once but two times. So not only did we walk in on one people in one room it happened to but intruding two separate people in two rooms. I was like really REALLY ! AHHH ! BUT on the 3rd try she finally got it right ! Also the room cost 50.00$ online but when I got there I was charged for $75 cash fee extra because something might happen to the room. So I paid the fee. Really I thought. Also I asked for extra towels so I could take a shower right……

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help. After I called……

“Staff was friendly. Building felt a bit old and run down but over all was clean. My room was a bit humid since temps were almost mid 90s, so understandable. AC unit quickly helped reduce the mugginess. Upon first observation of our room, everything was clean and orderly. I was using the bathroom until I saw a small German cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn't that active, this was late afternoon. I didn't get a video but we killed it and flushed it down the drain. I became riddled with anxiety!……

“We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled! Thank you to everyone who is doing a great job there!”

“It's an old property and furniture in the room as well as hallway was not very well maintained. But staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but bathtub and shelves near wash basin were not well cleaned.”

“The AC didn't cool like I thought it should but it ended up keeping us quite comfortable considering the heat wave that was happening during our stay.”
