「Terrible experience from start to finish. Tge parking is terrible in the front. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The elevators don’t work. The gym is outdated and small. The pool area was dirty and smelled like mildew. They show pictures of the lobby because that looks nice, but the floors are dark carpets and brick walls . Not to mention when I stayed there was an event going on that I could hear clearly from my room on the 3ed floor and the staff refused to quiet the music well passed 11pm...
