“It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“Staff was friendly. Building felt a bit old and run down but over all was clean. My room was a bit humid since temps were almost mid 90s, so understandable. AC unit quickly helped reduce the mugginess. Upon first observation of our room, everything was clean and orderly. I was using the bathroom until I saw a small German cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn't that active, this was late afternoon. I didn't get a video but we killed it and flushed it down the drain. I became riddled with anxiety!……

“It's an old property and furniture in the room as well as hallway was not very well maintained. But staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but bathtub and shelves near wash basin were not well cleaned.”

“Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.”

“The AC didn't cool like I thought it should but it ended up keeping us quite comfortable considering the heat wave that was happening during our stay.”

“The property was great! The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, yogurt, etc. Pool was nice but the hot tub had no water in it. There's a sauna. We enjoyed it and would go back.”
