"We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet ..."

"The room was very clean and the air conditioner super cold which was great .The front desk guy was personable and nice and had good restaurant recommendations. The cleaning lady was super sweet . Our only critique was the mattresses were super firm/hard."
