「We have family that live in Waupaca and recently we’ve had numerous events over the years where when we come to town, we stay at this hotel. We recently had a loved one passed away and we’ve been there three times in the last month in relation to that situation.
The hotel is conveniently located. I feel very safe there. The staff are very good. I find the breakfast is to be good as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we need to...

「Clean and nicely updated rooms. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The game room was in full order, unlike other hotels we've stayed at. Bathrooms were large and beds were comfortable.
Other reviews said there was a language barrier, we did not experience this. yes the owners have an accent, but all staff spoke very good English.
