Nice room, very comfortable, and spacious powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were a little unhelpful at times, and the Wi-Fi was really bad!

Don't go there, stay away!

We checked in at 5 and and had no hot water. We claimed for it to be fixed and they said it would be fixed in an hour, at 7 we claimed again, letting them know that my son was sick and really needed the shower, they said thank you and cut the phone, it was finally fixed at 8 pm only after I'd asked for a refund.

Hotel proche de la gare mais loin du centre. Accueil bien sauf une Yenice très désagréable ,rien a faire à l'accueil .Petit dej et repas du soir au Top. Insonorisation et isolation à revoir. Notre chambre était au 2° étage juste en dessus des cuisines problème odeur et bruit.

O hotel é bem agradável. Os quartos são amplos, camas boas e chuveiro bom. Tem estacionamento gratuito e bem seguro. O atendimento é bom e em geral os colaboradores são muito simpáticos e prestativos. E o café da manhã é bem farto e gostosoEm geral eu gosto deste hotel. Nesta estadia, fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a limpeza (achamos uma barata no quarto) e visivelmente falta manutenção no imóvel (vc toma banho e vaza água pra fora do box). Emfim, são detalhes, mas que acabam maculando a imagem tão boa que eu tinha deste hotel. Mas mesmo assim, ainda considero uma boa opção. Espero que resolvam estas pequenas falhas.

Tivemos uma boa estadia.

O Hotel em sí é muito bom, atendimento excelente, tanto na recepção qto no restaurante. O café da manhã é ótimo, almoço e jantar tb compensa, ao voltar cansado dos passeios. O quarto é grande, a pia fica no lado de fora, o que é muito bom, o que dá mais privacidade ao casal e agilidade, qdo um quer tomar banho e o outro usar a pia, se arrumar, secar cabelo, se pintar, etc. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o barulho no corredor, isto acontece "todos os dias'' pela manhã cedo e à noite. As pessoas acordam bem cedo para os passeios e compras no Paraguai, e fazem muito barulho no corredor ao saírem de seus quartos. e à noite qdo retornam, tb muitas conversas e bate portas; realmente "sem noção"de limite e respeito ao próximo. Mas o Hotel em sí muito bom.
