「Visited explorers back in 2019 for the first time and although it’s not the most fancy hotel it was clean, fresh and good for money but returning this year I was so disappointed! The hotel smells like a sweaty play zone you would take your kids too run around, the transfer bus takes forever and everyone is desperate for the bus it’s like the titanic! I have a 6 month baby and was feeding him while on the bus, and I had to tell someone can they stop pushing as I am holding a baby. Will not be...

「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」
