"The hotel is amazing . Everything super clean. Rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchenette, including nespresso machine, kettle, hob, dishwasher washer, fridge. Bring your own washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, sponge and tea towel. Most soundproof hotel room I have ever been in. Staff were very kind and very helpful and always available. Free 15 minute shuttle ride to Disney was good. Its helpful to screenshot timetable of shuttle located at Reception. Do read it as there are breaks in the day. Dinner was amazing and we did enjoy breakfast but they are expensive. We had breakfast and dinner once. We brought some snacks with us and ate it in our room. Pool was lovely. Shops are too far to walk but you can get a taxi if you wanted. There are snacks available near the bar and in the hotel shop and they sell cartons of milk by the bar which was helpful for the room. Hotel will arrange taxis if you need them and we had a really nice driver. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend."

"The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. The room was spacious and clean. I did come in one evening to a flood but it was dealt with the next day and I was offered a change of room. Would recommend."

"I booked this last minute to watch French Open because it is close to the Metro and shorter commute. The lobby was ok. I will not stay here again because the room and bathroom are very small not as expected."

"Great location. Clean, affordable etc. Really cute little setting. The instructions to find the room was complicated with 9 digit codes, a mixture of numbers and letters for the room and separate 'door letters'. When you get the hang of it, it's fine. Bit when you first arrive, late and hassled and it's dark and you're tired, the system is a bit overwhelming."

"Simply amazing. From the moment you step off the elevator. Bar/restaurant open 24/7. Everyone was great! The staff is cross trained. So you get the same service at front desk as you do throughout hotel. Location is close to train, or you can uber or taxi. Rooms were great. Everything can be operated from iPad at bedside. They offer cleaning service everyday if you want. With their heavy cleaning everything is stripped from the room. Light is change of towels, etc. We will always stay here when in Paris. There is a “steaming room “ for ironing. The iron is attached to a steamer. I want one for home! There is a buffet breakfast for less than $20, which was amazing. When we 1st arrived, because it’s in Paris center, you wonder if you made a mistake. Absolutely, not! Can’t wait til next year!"
